Role Overview

We are seeking a female Digital Marketing professional/intern to join our team in Gurgaon. The role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, SEO, and blogging, who wants to build a career in digital marketing within the beauty and skincare industry. You will be responsible for managing online platforms, supporting content initiatives, and contributing to the brand’s overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.

  • Assist in blog writing and uploading to enhance website traffic and visibility.

  • Perform basic SEO activities such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink building.

  • Support in creating content calendars and marketing plans for digital campaigns.

  • Track performance metrics, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Female candidates preferred.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.

  • Interest in content writing and blogging.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive learner with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be available full-time at our Gurgaon studio.

Compensation

  • Internship Role: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on interview & performance)

  • Full-Time Role: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on interview & performance)
