📌 Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, driven, and disciplined Social Media & Content Intern to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who understands social media basics, enjoys creating content, and is confident both behind and in front of the camera. You will be the bridge between our clients and our internal team, ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination and timely execution of campaigns.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Create compelling content strategies for multiple platforms.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.

  • Manage and monitor social media accounts: respond to comments, engage with followers, and nurture community growth.

  • Support influencer outreach and collaborations to expand brand reach.

  • Track and analyze social media metrics and prepare reports for data-driven decisions.

  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

  • Be comfortable facing the camera for reels, behind-the-scenes content, and live interactions.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

✅ Requirements

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, etc.).

  • Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, and branding.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients and teams.

  • Creativity and confidence to ideate engaging content and appear on camera.

  • Discipline, accountability, and eagerness to learn.

  • Familiarity with Canva, video editing tools, or design tools (preferred but not mandatory).

  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
