Salary- 3.0 – 3.60 CTC

Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and strengthen our paid marketing efforts across digital platforms. This is an execution-driven role where you will actively manage campaigns, analyze performance, and contribute to scaling customer acquisition. Shopify involvement will be minimal, limited to basic tasks such as pixel tracking or landing page updates.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in planning, setting up, and executing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
-Monitor daily campaign performance and track key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
-Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting.
-Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of ad creatives.
-Generate performance reports, share insights, and suggest optimization opportunities.
-Manage basic Shopify-related tasks, including tracking setup and landing page updates.

Requirements

-1–2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (internships included).
-Hands-on exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or other paid ad platforms.
-Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
-Eagerness to learn advanced campaign management and tracking tools.
-Basic knowledge of Shopify (preferred but not mandatory).

Nice to Have

-Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms.
-Interest in eCommerce, D2C brands, and paid acquisition strategies.
