📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Run and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, X (Twitter), Reddit & Quora.

  • Research and analyze competitors’ ad creatives, campaigns & strategies.

  • Collaborate on ad copies & creative concepts that drive user engagement.

  • Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and optimize budgets.

  • Explore new growth opportunities and share actionable insights.

✅ Requirements

  • Good knowledge of social media marketing platforms (Meta, X, Reddit, Quora).

  • Strong interest in performance marketing & startup growth.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to learn fast and adapt.

  • Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to campaigns.

  • Passion for fintech, digital marketing, and scaling startups.
