📌 Role Overview

As a Management Trainee (Intern), you’ll gain 360° exposure to how a performance marketing agency operates. This internship is designed to fast-track your learning with hands-on experience in client management, campaign operations, analytics, and business growth initiatives—preparing you for a full-time career with us.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for seamless communication.

  • Support campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization to achieve performance goals.

  • Track campaign metrics, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights.

  • Create detailed reports to share progress with clients and partners.

  • Identify growth opportunities and assist in pitching additional services.

  • Collaborate across business, creative, and tech teams for campaign success.

  • Troubleshoot challenges and take proactive steps to ensure delivery excellence.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Freshers or 0–6 months in client servicing, account management, or analytics.

  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or campaign strategies.

  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical mindset, multitasking, Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

  • Mindset: Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with a client-first approach.

  • Preferred: Prior internship in digital marketing/affiliate networks & familiarity with analytics/tracking tools.
