About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Expert with at least 1 year of hands-on experience
in running sales-driven and engagement campaigns. The ideal candidate should know
how to optimize campaigns for ROI and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
-Optimize ads for conversions, sales, and engagement.
-Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and suggest improvements.
-Research and implement targeting strategies for better reach.
-Prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of proven experience in running Meta Ads.
-Strong knowledge of Ads Manager & campaign optimization.
-Understanding of audience segmentation & A/B testing.
-Analytical mindset with reporting skills
