📝 Role Overview

India Photographers Club is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Executive – Meta Ads to assist in managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns for our photography community. This role involves campaign setup, performance tracking, client communication, and ensuring high-quality results for our members.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • 🚀 Assist in the setup and management of Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

  • 🎯 Support audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign structuring

  • 📊 Monitor key ad metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, etc.) and analyze performance

  • 🛠️ Troubleshoot issues related to Meta Pixel, tracking, and ad account errors

  • 💡 Suggest optimization strategies to improve campaign performance

  • 🖼️ Coordinate with photographers to collect creatives and content for ads

  • 📑 Generate weekly/monthly ad performance reports with actionable insights

  • ✅ Ensure all campaigns comply with Meta ad policies and community guidelines

  • 🔄 Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and platform changes

  • 👥 Conduct basic ad training or guidance sessions for community members

  • 🤝 Lead meetings with Diamond Members to:

    • 📌 Review active campaigns

    • 📌 Discuss performance insights

    • 📌 Strategize improvements

  • 🏆 Take ownership of Diamond Members’ campaigns and ensure consistent results & satisfaction

✅ Requirements

  • 🖥️ Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite

  • 📈 Understanding of performance marketing and key ad metrics

  • 🔧 Basic technical knowledge of Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, etc.

  • 🗣️ Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills

  • 👨‍💻 Comfortable handling client-facing sessions and meetings

  • 💪 Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
