Requirements

Education:

  • No formal degree required (digital marketing course preferred)

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in Facebook Ads & Google Ads

  • Managed budgets of ₹2–3 lakhs/day

  • Hands-on with Meta Ads & Google Ads for conversion/sales campaigns

  • Knowledge of WordPress, ClickFunnels, and pixel setup

  • Strong client communication & reporting skills

Skills:

  • Excellent written & verbal English

  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel

  • Data analysis & performance optimization

  • Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving

  • Highly organized and self-managed

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Coaching or Ed-Tech Funnels

  • Client-facing experience

  • Copywriting for ad copies & video scripts

  • Launch & manage campaigns focused on sales/conversions via Meta & Google Ads

  • Create reports and analyze performance metrics regularly

  • Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and ROI

  • Collaborate with creative, web, and marketing teams for ad strategies

  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives and audiences

  • Write creative briefs, ad copies, and video ad scripts

  • Manage weekly client communication and share insights

  • Ensure high-quality ad execution and funnel optimization
