Fx Retina is looking for motivated and skilled candidates who have hands-on experience in paid campaigns and want to grow in performance marketing.

💼 Open Positions

1️⃣ Meta Ads Assistant / Associate
💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
📍 In-office (Minimum 1 year of experience required)

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ad campaigns

  • Develop strategies for better ad performance and ROI

  • Collaborate with creative teams for ad creatives and copy

2️⃣ Video Editor
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
📍 In-office (Minimum 1 year of experience required)

  • Edit and produce engaging marketing videos and reels

  • Work with the marketing team to create ad visuals

  • Ensure timely delivery of video projects

3️⃣ Meta Ads Intern

  • Must be creative with strong research and copywriting skills

  • Assist in managing and optimizing ad campaigns

  • Learn end-to-end campaign setup and reporting

4️⃣ Media Buyer Intern

  • Knowledge of both Google Ads and Meta Ads is a must

  • Support in planning and executing paid media campaigns

  • Analyze and report campaign performance

5️⃣ Creative Intern

  • Skills: Video Editing, Graphic Designing, UI Designing (using AI tools)

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality creatives

🎯 Internship Details

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month

  • Post Internship: Successful interns will be offered full-time employment based on performance.

  • Probation: Candidates with strong knowledge in paid campaigns may start with a 3-month probation at ₹15,000/month, followed by a salary revision after 3 months.
