Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and enhance overall online visibility. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve key business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Keyword Research & Analysis: Identify high-value and relevant keywords; analyze keyword competitiveness and trends.

  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking to improve search visibility and user experience.

  • Off-Page Optimization: Build and manage link-building campaigns, monitor online mentions, and enhance the brand’s online reputation.

  • Technical SEO: Conduct audits to identify and fix site issues; work with developers to implement technical improvements.

  • Content Development: Create and optimize SEO-friendly content in collaboration with the content and marketing teams.

  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to monitor SEO metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and emerging digital trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development (preferred).
