About the Role

Shiksha Mahotsav is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, and emerging platforms like Snapchat. This role also involves SEO, keyword research, and performance analysis to ensure a strong ROI and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research and execute on-page SEO to improve organic visibility.
  • Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and campaign budgets for maximum performance.
  • Track and analyze results using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and explore new digital advertising platforms (Snapchat, X/Twitter, etc.).

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (PPC, YouTube, Display).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead generation.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword research tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.
  • Analytical, creative, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience running ads on Snapchat or other emerging platforms.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certification in Digital Marketing from a reputed institute.
  • 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
