1️⃣ Digital Marketing Intern
✨ Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with senior digital marketing experts and gain exposure to Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Video Editing, and Social Media Management. This role is designed for someone eager to learn the foundations of digital marketing in a start-up environment.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Meta Ads (FB & IG): Assist in creating ad creatives, setting up campaigns & tracking engagement.

Email Marketing: Contribute to email campaigns, segment lists & analyze performance.

SEO: Perform keyword research, on-page optimization & backlink building.

Video Content: Script, record & edit promotional/informational videos.

Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube.

Social Media Management: Post content, reply to comments, monitor analytics & boost engagement.

🎯 Requirements:

Passion for digital marketing & content creation

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, SEO, or Email Marketing (preferred)

Familiarity with Canva, video editing apps, or analytics tools is a plus

2️⃣ Digital Marketing & HR Intern
✨ Role Overview:
This is a hybrid internship (70% Digital Marketing + 30% HR) designed for a confident, outgoing individual who loves creating video content and engaging with people. You’ll not only manage digital campaigns but also support HR recruitment and employee engagement.

📌 Key Responsibilities (Digital Marketing – 70%):

Create “vox pop” style street videos, public challenges & short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).

Interview people confidently in malls, streets & events.

Edit videos with captions, music & graphics.

Manage & schedule social media posts, engage with the community.

Contribute ideas to the content calendar & research trending topics.

Track analytics (views, engagement, growth) to improve performance.

Optimize content for SEO to boost visibility.

📌 Key Responsibilities (HR – 30%):

Assist in sourcing candidates & scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with applicants & support onboarding.

Help with employee engagement activities & HR admin tasks.

🎯 Requirements:

Extroverted, confident & creative personality

Comfortable being on camera & approaching strangers

Excellent communication & storytelling skills

Strong interest in social media + HR

Preferred: Video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush) & basic HR knowledge
