About the Role

We are hiring a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Expert to manage
and grow the social presence of our clients. As part of our digital marketing
agency, you’ll be handling brands from different industries and be responsible for
planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that drive
engagement, brand visibility, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and execute monthly content calendars for platforms like Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
● Write engaging post captions and collaborate with designers for
high-quality creatives
● Manage end-to-end social media posting, scheduling, and publishing
● Run paid promotions (boosting) for engagement, reach, or conversions
● Monitor page performance, audience engagement, and competitor activity
● Respond to comments, messages, and build a community across
platforms
● Stay updated with platform trends (reels, hashtags, formats, etc.)
● Prepare and share monthly performance reports with insights and next
steps
● Coordinate with clients and internal teams for approvals and updates

Requirements

● 0–1 years of experience in social media management for brands or
agencies
● Strong knowledge of all major platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
Twitter, etc.
● Excellent copywriting skills for captions, stories, and post text
● Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite
● Ability to brainstorm creative ideas and adapt to brand tones
● Basic understanding of social media analytics and trends
● Bonus: Experience in short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts), Influencer
