Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can bring our brand vision to life through engaging video content and stunning visual designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, color, typography, and motion to create visually appealing content for social media, courses, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

-Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, professional content for YouTube, social media, and online courses.
-Design creative graphics, thumbnails, posters, banners, and social media visuals aligned with brand identity.
-Add transitions, effects, animations, and motion graphics to enhance video storytelling.
-Collaborate with the marketing and content team to plan and execute visual campaigns.
-Ensure timely delivery of projects with consistency in quality and tone.
-Maintain an organized archive of design assets, templates, and video projects.
-Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, design, and social media aesthetics.

Requirements:

-Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
-Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
-Knowledge of color correction, sound design, and video optimization for social platforms.
-Basic understanding of AI-based tools for editing or design (e.g., Runway, Canva AI, CapCut AI tools) will be an added -advantage.
-Strong sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and time management skills.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Meta & Google Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies that drive ROI — along with basic AI skills to leverage automation tools, data insights, and creative generation.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, create, and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) ad campaigns.
-Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to maximize reach and conversion.
-Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.
-Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spending across all channels.
-Create and test different ad creatives, formats, and copy variations.
-Utilize AI-based tools for ad content generation, performance prediction, and automation.
-Analyze data and generate actionable insights using analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
-Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, algorithms, and best practices.
-Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
-Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
-Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, AdCreative.ai, or automation tools) to enhance campaign -performance and creativity.

Preferred Qualifications:
