1️⃣ Digital Marketing Trainee

Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to produce high-quality content for social media, manage SEO, handle the website, and enhance our digital presence and brand identity.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • Proven work experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / SEO

  • Hands-on experience in content management

  • Creative eye for storytelling & branding

  • Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome

  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement social media strategies aligned with business goals

  • Create, curate & manage published content (images, videos, text)

  • Monitor social media channels & respond to interactions

  • Analyse insights to guide future strategies

  • Plan, execute & optimize SEO, social media & ad campaigns

  • Stay updated with latest tools, technologies & trends

Compensation:

  • During Probation (6 months): ₹15,000/month

  • Post-Probation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on performance)

  • Negotiable as per experience

2️⃣ Social Media Management Trainee

Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative Video & Photo Content Creator to produce engaging and high-quality visual content for our brand’s digital presence. You will handle everything from shooting to editing videos and photos for marketing, social media, and internal communications.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate with a passion for photography and video creation (Media/Design background preferred)

  • Proficient in camera operation, lighting, and editing software

  • Creative eye for storytelling and branding

  • Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome

  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and edit videos and photos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom

  • Manage pre-production and post-production tasks (lighting, sound, camera setup)

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visual campaigns

  • Organize and maintain digital media assets

Compensation:

  • During Probation (6 months): ₹15,000/month

  • Post-Probation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on performance)
