-Duration: 3 Months
-Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month

We are looking for a creative and camera-friendly Content Creator Intern who can ideate, shoot, and edit engaging digital content. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of digital marketing trends and proficiency in Canva and basic video editing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create engaging video content and Instagram Reels
-Design and edit visuals using Canva and video editing tools
-Collaborate with the marketing team for content ideas and storytelling
-Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns
-Assist in managing social media content calendars

Post-Internship Salary (on conversion): ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Role Overview:
Join our team as a Performance Marketing Intern and get hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta. This role is perfect for candidates passionate about advertising, analytics, and performance-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms
-Track and analyze campaign performance; prepare weekly reports
-Optimize campaigns for better ROI and engagement
-Research competitors, ad trends, and audience behavior
-Collaborate with creative teams for improving ad visuals and copies
-Stay updated with performance marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements:

-Passion for digital marketing and learning ad performance strategies
-Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience: 0.6 – 2 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-hand) + Incentives
Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and convert potential clients for our performance marketing services. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, communication skills, and understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

-Generate new leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and social media
-Pitch digital marketing services to D2C brands, startups, and e-commerce businesses
-Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions
-Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, strategy, design) for proposals
-Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and case studies
-Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
-Prior experience/internship in digital or performance marketing preferred
-Strong communication and negotiation skills
-Knowledge of D2C business models and online growth channels
-Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow
-Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads is a plus
