Role Overview

We’re looking for a SEO, Marketing & Customer Tech Support Intern who’s eager to explore the digital landscape, connect with customers, and grow with a fast-paced SaaS startup. This role offers the perfect mix of creativity, communication, and technical problem-solving — ideal for someone who wants real-world exposure in marketing and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in optimizing website content for SEO to improve online visibility and search rankings.
-Support the marketing team in running digital campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
-Handle customer queries and provide basic tech support via chat, email, or phone.
-Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink tracking.
-Collaborate with design, content, and development teams for campaign execution.
-Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance user experience.

Who You Are

-Enthusiastic about SEO, marketing, and the SaaS industry.
-Possess basic computer knowledge and a problem-solving mindset.
-Comfortable interacting with customers and providing prompt support.
-Curious, proactive, and open to learning new tools and techniques.
-Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

-Basic understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
-Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Knowledge of CRM systems or customer support tools is a plus.
-Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
