Marketing Trainee

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Duration: 3-Month Trainee Program (Performance-Based Pre-Placement Offer Opportunity)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Trainee who is creative, enthusiastic, and eager to learn the fundamentals of marketing, content creation, and campaign management. The role offers hands-on experience in digital and physical marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and original content, including social media posts, videos, interviews, and podcasts.

  • Develop and execute both physical and online marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.

  • Work on SEO, content strategy, and social media optimization (SMO) to grow online presence.

  • Analyze campaign and website performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

  • Support the marketing team in creative ideation, brand storytelling, and outreach activities.

  • Maintain accurate data, reports, and marketing performance insights.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of content creation, SEO, and marketing principles.

  • Prior internship experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred.

  • Strong communication skills with good presentation and camera presence.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media platforms, and marketing tools.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking data.
