Job Title: Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Intern

Location: Pitampura, Delhi (Work From Office / Hybrid)

Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and contribute to paid advertising, lead generation, funnels, and digital growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing and wants to build a strong foundation in performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

  • Assist in planning and running Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns.

  • Support in executing lead generation, webinar promotion, and conversion-focused ads.

  • Monitor key metrics like CPL, CAC, ROI, ROAS, and campaign performance.

  • Help conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audiences.

  • Learn and assist with pixel setup, UTM tagging, and analytics tracking.

2. Creative & Content Support

  • Create basic ad creatives, reels, and static posts using Canva or similar tools.

  • Draft engaging ad copies and content.

  • Collaborate with designers/editors for high-quality creative output.

  • Assist in planning content for Instagram, Facebook & YouTube.

3. Funnel, Automation & Tracking

  • Support building funnels (landing pages, forms, thank-you pages).

  • Work with CRM and automation tools for WhatsApp & email sequences.

  • Track performance through Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.

4. Strategy & Growth Assistance

  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis.

  • Assist leadership in monthly marketing planning.

  • Suggest creative ideas, new audiences, and campaign improvements.

Skill Requirements (Freshers Eligible)

  • Basic understanding of Performance Marketing (Meta Ads / Google Ads).

  • Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn data-driven marketing.

  • Knowledge of Canva, CRM tools, Google Analytics, and ad dashboards is a plus.

  • Good communication and creativity.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Passionate about digital marketing, advertising, and growth strategies.
