About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with data tools, and a solid understanding of data extraction, transformation, and analysis. This role offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to work on impactful data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

-Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions.
-Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
-Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
-Build and optimize ETL pipelines for smooth data processing and transformation.
-Apply machine learning techniques for predictive analysis, where required.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
-Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
-Proficiency in:
-Python
-SQL
-Excel
-Power BI or Tableau
-ETL processes
-EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis)
-Machine Learning fundamentals
-Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
-Ability to present data insights clearly and effectively
