About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer engagement, digital marketing, analytics, and lifecycle communication. You will support the CRM team in planning, executing, and optimizing customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing CRM campaigns via Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and other channels

  • Segment customer data and create targeted audience lists for personalized communication

  • Support in building automated customer journeys (onboarding, retention, win-back, etc.)

  • Track and report campaign performance: open rate, CTR, conversions, engagement

  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize messaging, creatives, offers, and delivery timing

  • Coordinate with content, design, analytics, and product teams for cohesive communication

  • Maintain clean, accurate, and updated customer data within CRM tools

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify engagement opportunities

  • Learn and support day-to-day tasks using CRM and marketing automation platforms
