Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning their journey in data analytics. You will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support insights and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources

  • Perform basic data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights

  • Assist in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau

  • Work with senior analysts to translate data into business recommendations

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

  • Participate in data projects, documentation, and process improvement initiatives

  • Learn and apply statistical methods and analytical frameworks

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and operations

Skill Requirements

  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and methodologies

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools (preferred)

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is an advantage

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a collaborative environment
