Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Noida Phase II
Salary – 30k-35k

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate must be adept at handling and manipulating large datasets to deliver actionable insights that drive business strategy.

*Eligibility :*

-Should have experience 0-1 years

*Core Requirements:*

-Expert Data Manipulation: Ability to clean, transform, and manage data easily and efficiently.
-KPI Mining & Reporting: Strong focus on identifying, extracting, and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from various data sources to measure business performance.
-Advanced Excel Proficiency: Mastery of complex formulas, Pivot Tables, and report generation in Excel.
-Business Intelligence (BI): Strong practical knowledge of Power BI for developing interactive reports and dashboards (DAX experience preferred).
-Programming Expertise: Solid working knowledge of Python (specifically Pandas, NumPy) for data processing and analysis automation.
-Technical Acumen: Familiarity with SQL for data querying and retrieval.
-Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret trends and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
