1. Internship Position: Digital Marketing &
Management (Client Acquisition Focus)

*Position Summary*
The Internship role is designed for individuals at the early stages of their professional
career who seek comprehensive exposure to digital marketing, client acquisition, and
project management. Interns will focus primarily on acquiring new clients for the
company while receiving extensive training and support from experienced team
members.

*Compensation*
• Performance-based compensation: Up to 50% of project revenue

*Primary Responsibilities*
• Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients across digital platforms

• Support sales processes, including preparation, participation, and client closing
activities
• Assist in project execution under the guidance of senior employees
• Attend weekly strategic and improvement sessions with leadership

2. Full-Time Position: Digital Marketing &
Management (Client Acquisition Focus)

*Position Summary*
The Full-Time role is suited for professionals seeking to advance their career in digital
marketing, client acquisition, and project delivery. Initially, the primary focus will be on
acquiring new clients and successfully completing assigned projects. Upon
demonstrating consistent performance and reliability, the employee will be eligible to
participate in large-scale strategic initiatives within RibeiroMedia GmbH.

*Compensation*
• Performance-based compensation: Up to 50% of project revenue
• Additional performance bonuses for completed client projects

Both positions will be directly supported and overseen by Ricardo Ribeiro, Founder &
CEO of RibeiroMedia GmbH. He will lead employee development, manage educational
programs, and guide the firm’s expansion into India.
