1. SEO Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Plan and implement on-page SEO strategies including keyword research, meta tags, content optimization, and internal linking.

  2. Optimize blogs, landing pages, and website content for keywords, readability, and search performance.

  3. Conduct content audits to identify improvement opportunities in existing pages.

  4. Support off-page SEO activities such as link building, brand mentions, and outreach.

  5. Monitor keyword rankings, website analytics, and performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

  6. Work with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

  7. Identify technical SEO issues related to indexing, site speed, and mobile-friendliness and coordinate solutions with developers.

  8. Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm changes to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field.

  • Strong interest or basic experience in SEO and content optimization.

  • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with content & tech teams.

2. Social Media Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Plan, schedule, and execute content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

  2. Maintain and follow a structured content calendar with timely postings.

  3. Track performance metrics (reach, views, engagement) and optimize strategies accordingly.

  4. Collaborate with designers, editors, and managers to ensure content aligns with business goals.

  5. Research trending topics, audience behavior, and platform updates to improve content quality.

  6. Work on creatives and landing pages for marketing and digital ad campaigns.

  7. Conduct in-depth content research and develop engaging, platform-specific ideas.

  8. Repurpose long-form content (videos, blogs, podcasts) into short-form content across platforms.

Skills Required

  • Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies.

  • Experience in content creation, digital agencies, D2C brands, or in-house teams preferred.

  • Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, image generation tools, etc.

  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to create viral content.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and evaluate performance metrics.

  • Collaborative approach to working with designers, editors, and leadership.
