About the Role

Adsrem Digital is hiring a Google Ads Delivery Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure in performance marketing within a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

Role Overview

The Google Ads Delivery Executive will work closely with senior performance marketers to manage campaign delivery, track performance, and optimize ad accounts. The role focuses on execution, reporting, and continuous learning in paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and delivering Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, etc.)

  • Monitor live campaigns for budget pacing and performance

  • Conduct keyword research, ad creation, and basic optimizations

  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

  • Analyze campaign data and share insights with the team

  • Support senior delivery managers with campaign execution and analysis

  • Ensure adherence to best practices and campaign guidelines

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads & digital advertising concepts

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a performance-driven setup

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresher or 0–1 year of experience in digital/performance marketing

  • Google Ads certification is a plus (not mandatory)
