We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. The intern will assist in data management, reporting, and analysis activities. Candidates with experience or interest in the e-commerce sector will be given additional preference.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Collect, organize, and maintain operational data
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
-Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and performance metrics
-Support automation of reports using Excel or Google Sheets
-Perform data validation to ensure accuracy
-Assist with dashboards, documentation, and internal reporting
-Coordinate with teams to gather required data

*Required Skills*

-Good proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
-Knowledge of Google Sheets
-Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Good communication skills
-Understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C websites) is a plus

-Pursuing or completed B.Com or related fields

*Role Overview*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive/ E-commerce Reporting Analyst to manage, monitor, and analyse performance reports for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of preparing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports that support business decision-making.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Maintain and update Brand Performance and Growth Reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
-Track and analyse daily sales performance across various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
-Prepare dashboards, performance summaries, and data visualizations using Excel and Google Sheets.
-Use advanced Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, and other formulas for data analysis.
-Perform data cleaning, validation, and accuracy checks before report preparation.
-Record and monitor daily sales trends, growth patterns, and key performance metrics.
-Support automation of recurring reports to improve efficiency.
-Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-backed insights for strategic decision-making.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

-Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Data Cleaning).
-Good knowledge of Google Sheets (functions, dashboards, sharing permissions).
-Ability to analyse large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
-Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in reporting.
-Basic understanding of sales metrics and reporting processes.

-Experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles.
-Ability to work with large datasets and automated reporting sheets.
-Knowledge of e-commerce dashboards or marketplace tools (preferred but not mandatory).
