*Role Overview*

We are looking for an enthusiastic Paid Ads Intern who is passionate about digital advertising and eager to build a strong foundation in performance marketing. This role is ideal for candidates interested in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Assist in planning, creating, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
-Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
-Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare performance reports
-Collaborate with the team to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion rates
-Track budgets, adjust bids, and focus on ROI-driven outcomes
-Stay updated with the latest paid advertising trends and platform updates

*Requirements*

-Basic understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
-Strong analytical mindset with interest in performance metrics
-Good communication and reporting skills
-Willingness to research, experiment, and learn quickly
-Familiarity with Google Analytics or ad dashboards is a plus

*2. Performance Marketing Intern*
Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Intern will work closely with senior marketers to analyze, optimize, and scale digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms. This role focuses on data, insights, and continuous performance improvement.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Support execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns
-Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
-Assist in A/B testing of ads, creatives, and landing pages
-Track KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and conversions
-Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
-Research new tools, ad formats, and growth strategies

*Requirements*

-Interest in performance marketing and data-driven decision-making
-Basic knowledge of paid advertising metrics and funnels
-Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
-Ability to work independently in a remote setup
-Familiarity with analytics tools is an added advantage
