Role Overview

Mobishaala Edutech is hiring Performance Marketing Trainees who are eager to start their career in paid advertising and performance marketing. This role offers hands-on exposure to live ad campaigns, analytics, and optimization strategies with a clear pathway to full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS

  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports

  • Support landing page optimization to improve conversion rates

  • Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and campaign assets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts

  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads (basic level)

  • Analytical mindset with a strong willingness to learn

  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

  • Good communication skills

Compensation & Career Growth

  • Trainee Period: 6 Months

  • Stipend: ₹10,000 per month during trainee period

  • Post-Trainee Package: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA (based on performance)
