1. Social Media Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern who is passionate about digital trends, content creation, and building strong online brand presence. This role offers hands-on experience with real client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing social media content for multiple clients

  • Upload and schedule posts and stories using Meta Business Suite and other tools

  • Draft engaging and brand-aligned captions

  • Track page growth and engagement metrics

  • Manage day-to-day engagement (comments, DMs, interactions)

  • Research social media trends, formats, and competitor activities

  • Maintain content calendars and plan posts/stories in advance

  • Ensure proper tagging, organisation, and client-wise reporting

Requirements

  • Strong interest in social media, marketing, and content creation

  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with Canva or AI-based design tools is a plus

2. Web Operations Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Operations Intern to support website and e-commerce operations across multiple platforms. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Assist with WordPress website updates (banners, content edits, basic page updates)

  • Support Shopify website operations including product uploads, collections, pricing, images, and descriptions

E-commerce & Marketplace Support

  • Assist in managing product listings on Amazon and Flipkart

  • Upload and maintain accurate product details and images

  • Coordinate with internal teams for updates and corrections

General Support

  • Follow SOPs and checklists for website updates

  • Ensure content accuracy and basic quality checks

  • Support day-to-day digital operations tasks

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of websites and e-commerce platforms (training provided)

  • Willingness to learn WordPress, Shopify, and marketplace operations

  • Good attention to detail

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
