Role 1: Performance Marketer – B2B Lead Generation

Role Overview

The B2B Performance Marketer will be responsible for generating high-intent, sales-qualified leads for B2B brands using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and funnel-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns on Meta & Google

  • Build high-intent funnels (Instant Forms, Landing Pages, WhatsApp flows)

  • Optimise campaigns for lead quality, CPL, and conversion rates

  • Create & test decision-maker-focused creatives (Founder, Consultant, CXO, Doctor personas)

  • Improve lead quality using:

    • Form logic

    • Creative pre-qualification

    • Copy-led targeting

  • Analyse performance reports and take weekly optimisation decisions

  • Coordinate with sales teams to improve SQL conversion percentage

Must-Have Skills

  • 0–1 year of experience in B2B performance marketing

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Lead quality vs lead volume

    • TOF–MOF–BOF funnel structures

    • Meta Lead Forms & WhatsApp funnels

  • Data-driven and ROI-focused mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience with high-ticket industries (Real Estate, Healthcare, Coaching, SaaS, Education)

  • Basic CRM & lead tracking knowledge

  • Understanding of sales funnels


Role 2: Performance Marketer – D2C Growth & Scaling

Role Overview

The D2C Performance Marketer will focus on scaling D2C brands profitably through creative-led performance marketing, funnel optimisation, and unit economics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & scale Meta and Google Ads for D2C brands

  • Build complete funnel structures:

    • TOF: Discovery & hooks

    • MOF: Product education & trust

    • BOF: Retargeting & conversions

  • Launch & test UGC, influencer, and founder-led creatives

  • Optimise for ROAS, CPA, AOV, and LTV

  • Work on:

    • Offer testing

    • Creative angles

    • Scaling winning campaigns

  • Analyse ad performance daily and optimise quickly

  • Coordinate with creative and content teams

Must-Have Skills

  • 0–1 year of experience in D2C performance marketing

  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads, especially creatives

  • Clear knowledge of:

    • Hooks & ad angles

    • Retargeting psychology

  • Numbers-first mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience in Fashion, Beauty, Wellness, Jewellery, or FMCG

  • Shopify & GA4 knowledge

  • Experience with UGC and influencer whitelisting
