1️⃣ Social Media Executive (Full-Time)

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
📄 Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

*Key Responsibilities*

-Content & Social Media Management
-Create and post content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
-Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
-Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and video editors
-Create Reels, Stories, posts, and trending creatives
-Cover events at schools, colleges, and campuses for live social media updates
-Community Management
-Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions
-Maintain a positive and professional brand presence
-Performance Tracking & Trend Analysis
-Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth
-Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
-Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
-Campaign & Brand Support
-Support launches, events, and marketing campaigns
-Manage boosted posts and paid promotions when required

*Required Qualifications & Skills*

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
-1–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong practical skills may apply)
-Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite
-Basic video editing knowledge (InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp, etc.)
-Strong communication and creative thinking skills
-Must have a good camera or iPhone for content creation

*2️⃣ Social Media Intern*

💰 Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
📄 Job Type: Internship / Fresher
📍 Work Location: Mulund, Thane

*Mandatory Basic Skills (Must-Have)*

-Understanding of content creation for Instagram & Facebook
-Basic graphic designing skills (Canva or similar tools)
-Basic video editing skills (Reels & short-form videos)
-Caption writing with brand clarity
-Knowledge of content calendars and posting consistency

*Key Responsibilities*

-Assist in planning and managing social media content
-Support in creating monthly content calendars
-Help with Reels, posts, and creatives
-Ensure timely posting and quality control
-Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics

📌 This role is not for complete beginners. Basic practical exposure is required.
