Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Marketing Trainee who will be responsible for managing social media content, creating engaging reels and video ideas, and executing Meta Ads and Google Ads to improve brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Completed a Digital Marketing course or certification

  • Hands-on experience in social media management, Meta Ads, and Google Ads is preferred

Skills Required

  • Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook)

  • Intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas

  • Understanding of social media trends, audience targeting, and engagement metrics

  • Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and post content on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

  • Create, publish, and manage posts, reels, and short-form videos

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns

  • Track ad performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements

  • Coordinate with internal teams for content creation and campaign execution

High-performing trainees may receive a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to performance, attendance, and business requirements.
