Compensation- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

*Role Overview*
We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager who can independently handle our social media presence—from content creation to posting and basic video editing.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Plan and create engaging content for Instagram (posts, reels, stories)
-Design posts (static + carousel) aligned with our brand tone
-Edit short-form videos (reels, clips from podcasts/events/testimonials)
-Upload and schedule posts consistently
-Write captions that are warm, conversational, and brand-aligned
-Coordinate with the team for content ideas, announcements, and campaigns
-Maintain a content calendar
-Track basic engagement metrics and suggest improvements

*Platforms*

-Instagram (primary)
-Facebook (secondary)
-YouTube Shorts / Reels (if required)

*Skills Required*

-Experience in social media management
-Basic to intermediate video editing (Reels-friendly)
-Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar
-Understanding of trends, reels, hooks, and storytelling
-Organized, consistent, and deadline-oriented

*Preferred (Not Mandatory)*

-Experience with lifestyle, wedding, relationship, or personal-brand pages
-Ability to shoot simple mobile videos during events (if local)

Process:
-Share your portfolio or Instagram pages you manage
-Share 2–3 reels or posts you’ve created
-Suitable for students, freshers, or side-hustle freelancers
-Growth in compensation based on performance
