*Role Overview*
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building our online presence, managing our social media channels, and driving high-quality leads. You will wear multiple hats—from content creator to strategist—making this an exciting opportunity for someone who loves seeing the direct impact of their work on business growth.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on platforms like [e.g.,LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube]. Create engaging posts, reels, and stories that resonate with our target audience.
-Content Creation: Write compelling copy for social media, blog posts, email
newsletters, and ad campaigns. Design basic graphics using tools like Canva or
Photoshop. Some graphic designing help can be made available to complement.
-Lead Generation & Ads: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta
Ads) to generate leads. Monitor budgets and optimize campaigns for the best Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
-SEO & Web Presence: Assist in optimizing the company website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
-Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (website traffic,
engagement, leads) and present a monthly report with actionable insights which are usable for purchase planning and targeted marketing.

*Requirements*

-Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with social media management tools, Google
Analytics, and basic graphic design tools (Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud).
-Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and
Hindi, as the target clientele for one of our product segment is mostly Hindi speaking.
-Mindset: A proactive self-starter who can work independently and is eager to learn about Distribution and Retail.

*Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Skills)*

-Experience with video editing (for Reels/Shorts), some help may be made available.
-Knowledge of email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
-Previous experience in the building / interior design sector.
