Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Video & Photo Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content that strengthens our brand identity. The role involves end-to-end content creation, from shooting to editing, for marketing, social media, and internal use.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate with a strong interest in photography and video creation
  (Media / Design background preferred)

• Proficient in camera handling, lighting setups, and editing software

• Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and branding

• Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome

• Self-driven, proactive, and well-organized

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-quality videos and photos using professional tools
  (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)

• Handle pre-production and post-production tasks including lighting, sound, and camera setup

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for visual campaigns

• Organize, store, and maintain digital media assets

Compensation

• During Probation (6 months): ₹15,000 per month

• Post-Probation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (in-hand, based on performance)
