*Key Responsibilities:*
-Assist in planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads
-Monitor daily ad performance, analyse metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions), and prepare basic performance reports
-Support content strategy for ads including creatives, captions, and audience targeting
-Conduct basic market and competitor research
-Help in improving lead generation and brand visibility
-Coordinate with the internal marketing team for campaign execution
-Stay updated with current digital marketing and performance trends

*Who We Are Looking For:*
-Students or freshers with a keen interest in performance marketing
-Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (certification is a plus)
-Willingness to learn, experiment, and take ownership
-Strong dedication, discipline, and growth mindset
-Good communication skills and analytical thinking
