*Key Responsibilities*
✅ Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
✅ Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads through digital channels to support the sales team.
✅ SEO/SEM: Perform keyword research, manage SEO strategies, and run SEM campaigns to increase website traffic.
✅ Content Marketing: Coordinate with the content team to create engaging blogs, social posts, email newsletters, and landing pages.
✅ Social Media Management: Manage company profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter; engage with followers and grow reach.
✅ Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
✅ Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
✅ Website Updates: Coordinate with the development team to update website content and ensure UI/UX improvements.

*Requirements*
🎯 Strong verbal and written communication in English & Hindi
🎯 Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush)
🎯 Understanding of B2B/B2C lead funnels and campaign targeting
🎯 Creative thinking and data-driven approach
🎯 Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.
🎯 Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus

*Preferred Qualifications*
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Freshers with strong internships/projects may apply)
