*Job Summary*
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the university’s digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, support student recruitment, and promote academic programs and institutional initiatives. The role involves managing digital campaigns, performance marketing, analytics, and digital platforms while ensuring alignment with the university’s mission, brand guidelines, and ethical standards.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Digital Strategy & Planning
-Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with enrolment, branding, and outreach objectives.
-Plan and manage campaigns for admissions, academic programs, events, and promotions.
-Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets with focus on ROI.
-Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
-Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
-Generate quality leads and support conversions with the admissions team.
-Conduct A/B testing and funnel optimization.
-Analytics & Reporting
-Track performance using GA4, ad dashboards, and CRM systems.
-Prepare performance reports and insights for management.
-Use data to improve student acquisition.
-SEO, Content & Website Management
-Oversee SEO for websites and program pages.
-Coordinate content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and emails.
-Work with IT and design teams for website optimization.
-Social Media & Online Presence
-Manage social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
-Oversee content calendars and community management.
-Monitor online reputation and inquiries.
-Team & Vendor Management
-Supervise digital team and agencies.
-Coordinate with admissions, PR, academics, and IT.
-Evaluate vendor performance.
-Compliance & Governance
-Ensure compliance with policies, data privacy laws, and ethical standards.
-Maintain data security and consent management.

*Qualifications*
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory)

Experience: Freshers with 0–1 year experience can apply

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content to support branding, academic communication, marketing, and promotions. The role includes designing print and digital materials that maintain brand consistency and effectively communicate the university’s message.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Design & Creative Development
-Design brochures, prospectus, posters, banners, standees, and ads.
-Create digital assets for website, social media, and email campaigns.
-Design reports, certificates, newsletters, presentations, and event collaterals.
-Branding & Visual Identity
-Follow brand guidelines across all designs.
-Support branding initiatives.
-Maintain design templates.
-Collaboration & Coordination
-Work with admissions, academics, marketing, and PR teams.
-Convert briefs into effective designs.
-Implement feedback quickly.
-Production & Quality Control
-Prepare final files for print and digital.
