1. Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist

Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA
Job Type: Full-Time

Role Purpose

Drive brand visibility, engagement, and authority across social media platforms using data-backed optimization strategies and trend-led execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize social media content for platform-specific performance

  • Implement best practices for hashtags, captions, keywords, timing, and formats

  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

  • Coordinate with content, design, and digital teams

  • Stay updated with platform algorithms and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms

  • Knowledge of SEO applied to social media

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, and reporting

  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset

2. SEO Intern

Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Internship
Work Mode: Work From Office

Stipend Structure (Hourly – Per Month)

  • 2 Hours Daily: ₹5,000

  • 4 Hours Daily: ₹6,000

  • 6 Hours Daily: ₹7,000

  • 8 Hours Daily: ₹12,000

(Stipend varies based on daily working hours)

Role Purpose

Build a strong SEO foundation while working on real websites, keywords, and rankings under expert supervision.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

  • Assist in keyword research and content optimization

  • Support meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking

  • Help with blog uploads and SEO edits on WordPress

Off-Page SEO

  • Assist in backlink creation and monitoring

  • Support competitor analysis

SEO Reporting

  • Track keyword rankings and website traffic

  • Assist in preparing SEO performance reports

  • Learn tools like Google Search Console and keyword research platforms

Eligibility & Skills

  • 6-month Digital Marketing / SEO certification

  • Basic understanding of SEO concepts

  • Willingness to learn and execute tasks
