Role Overview

S.P. Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Website Executive to manage and maintain our Shopify-based website. The role involves handling online orders, updating products and pricing, and ensuring smooth customer interactions through the website.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Shopify dashboard

• Update products, pricing, banners, and collections

• Process and track online website orders efficiently

• Handle customer chats, queries, and website inquiries

• Perform basic website maintenance and troubleshooting

• Ensure smooth day-to-day website operations

Requirements

• Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms

• Basic understanding of website operations

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive approach
