innovation, and execution. We are building a strong digital presence and seeking a Social
Media Specialist to drive brand growth through creative content, campaigns, and influencer
collaborations.

*Key Responsibilities*
● Develop & implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
● Manage and grow presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Discord.
● Monitor trending hashtags, topics & online conversations; creatively integrate them into
campaigns.
● Design and edit graphics, reels, podcasts, and video content for brand promotion.
● Collaborate with small/micro-influencers and build partnerships for visibility.
● Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics & reporting tools.
● Work with internal teams & external consultants to publicize events and campaigns.
● Ensure brand guidelines & best practices are consistently followed across platforms.
● Encourage audience participation and identify opportunities to influence public
perception.

*Requirements*

● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends & engagement strategies.
● Skills in graphic design & video editing tools.
● Creative, proactive, and excellent at communication.
● Understanding of influencer marketing and performance analytics.
● Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic online discussions.
