Publisher Executive – Fresher
Salary- 20k-25k
Experience: 0–1 year (freshers welcome)
Job Location: Gurgaon
Office Timing: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

*Key Responsibilities*
-Track campaign performance, analyze audience targeting, and propose optimization ideas.
-Work with the analytics and account teams to verify all campaign tracking is accurate.
-Prepare clear campaign reports with basic recommendations for improvements.
-Maintain records of technical setup and troubleshooting.
-Stay updated on new ad tech, performance trends, and network guidelines.
-Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new Publishers.
-Support negotiations and monitor affiliate agreements under guidance.
-Help maintain affiliate relationships and monitor campaign performance regularly.

*What We’re Looking For*

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship/project experience.

*Skills:*
-Excellent verbal and written communication comfortable pitching and presenting.
-Strong persuasion, negotiation, and contract-handling abilities.
-Goal-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in face of setbacks.
-Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving publishing environment.
