*Job Description*
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager for NEET MDS vertical and NEET PG Face to Face Centres to develop, implement, and manage our social media marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting business goals across all major
social platforms.

*Key Responsibilities*
● Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
● Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.)
● Manage and grow presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok,
and YouTube
● Plan and maintain a social media content calendar
● Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with the online community
● Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)
● Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
● Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
● Manage social media advertising campaigns (if applicable)
● Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships (if applicable)

*Required Skills & Qualifications*
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
● Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling
● Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
● Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

*Preferred Qualifications*
● Experience with paid social media advertising
● Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
● Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content marketing
● Experience managing brand accounts in [specific industry, if any]
