Role Overview
Bluth Solar is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Intern with a strong focus on video editing and Facebook marketing. The intern will support brand visibility, lead generation, and execution of high-impact digital campaigns for our renewable energy brand.
Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, and paid ads

Create reels, ad creatives, and promotional videos aligned with brand guidelines

Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

Manage Facebook Business Manager, including ad sets, targeting, and budgets
-
Analyze ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, ROAS and suggest improvements
-
Coordinate with design and sales teams for campaign requirements

Ensure timely delivery of video and advertising content
Required Skills & Experience
-
Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)

Practical exposure to Facebook & Instagram Ads

Understanding of ad creatives, hooks, and conversion-focused videos

Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Who Can Apply

Candidates with prior experience or strong practical exposure to video editing and Facebook marketing

Freshers without hands-on experience are not preferred
