About the Role

GoSource is expanding its digital presence and is looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing professional who can convert ideas into execution and strategies into measurable results. This on-site role offers exposure across content marketing, social media, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, performance campaigns, and analytics, while working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute digital marketing and social media campaigns

• Create content for LinkedIn, websites, emailers, and marketing assets

• Run and optimize email marketing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns

• Support SEO activities including content optimization and performance tracking

• Monitor analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions

• Collaborate with design, sales, and strategy teams for campaign execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in Digital Marketing

• Understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, email marketing, and basic SEO

• Familiarity with analytics, creatives, and outreach tools

• Curiosity and interest in AI-driven and performance-focused marketing

• Ability to work on-site and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
