*About the Opportunity*
Themobiadz.com is hiring motivated and career-driven individuals who want to build expertise in Facebook & Google Advertising. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing course and are looking for hands-on exposure with live ad accounts in a fast-growing startup environment.

*Compensation & Growth*
-20,000 per month during the initial 3-month training period
-Post training: 25,000 per month + performance-based incentives (on retention)

*Qualification*
-Candidate must be a graduate (Bachelor’s degree completed) in any discipline.

*Key Responsibilities*
-Learn and execute Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads campaigns
-Assist in campaign setup, targeting, creatives, and budgets
-Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns under expert guidance

*Eligibility Criteria*
-Male candidates only
-0–6 months experience OR completed Digital Marketing course
-Strong interest in paid advertising and performance marketing
