*1. GRAPHIC CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER*
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month
Role Type: Full-time | On-site

*Role Overview* :
We are looking for a creative and responsible Graphic Creator & Manager who can design high-quality creatives and also manage the brand’s visual workflow. This role is not only about designing — but also about organizing, planning, and maintaining consistency across all social media platforms.

*Key Responsibilities* :
-Design ad creatives, social media posts, banners, thumbnails, and product creatives
Maintain brand color, fonts, and visual consistency
-Coordinate with content creators and video editor for campaigns
-Organize creative files, folders, and naming systems
-Suggest new creative concepts for ads and reels
-Track performance of creatives and improve designs accordingly

*Required Skills* :
-Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (mandatory)
-Good aesthetic sense (fashion / jewellery / lifestyle preferred)
-Understanding of ad creatives & performance design
-Organized and disciplined working style

*Role Overview* :
We are looking for a fast, creative and performance-oriented Video Editor who understands how to edit content that converts — not just looks good.

*Key Responsibilities* :
-Edit Instagram Reels, ad creatives, UGC, montages
-Create performance-driven edits for Meta ads
-Add captions, hooks, transitions, and storytelling flow
-Optimize videos for different platforms & ratios
-Maintain organized project files

*Required Skills* :
-Strong command of Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects
-Experience in short-form vertical content
-Understanding of hooks, pacing & retention
-Experience in ad editing is a big plus

-Fix bugs and manage backend workflows
-Support landing pages for campaigns

*Required Skills* :
-Strong experience with Shopify & Liquid
-HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics

Role Type: Freelance | Remote | Performance-oriented

*Role Overview* :
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Freelance Script Writer who can write short-form scripts for Instagram Reels, UGC ads, brand storytelling, and product videos. This role is focused on writing scripts that hook, retain, and convert.

*Key Responsibilities* :
-Write high-converting scripts for:
-Instagram Reels
-UGC-style ads
-Product storytelling videos
-Voiceover scripts
-Create strong hooks in the first 2–3 seconds
-Adapt tone based on brand identity (luxury, minimal, youthful, premium)
-Write variations for A/B testing in ads
-Work closely with content creators & performance team

*Required Skills* :
-Excellent command of English & Hindi (both preferred)
-Experience in short-form content & ad copywriting
-Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling & audience psychology
-Ability to write concise, impactful scripts (15–45 seconds)

*Who Should Apply* :
-Has written scripts for reels, ads, or creators before
-Understands e-commerce / D2C / lifestyle brands
-Performance + creative mindset
-Reliable delivery and revision discipline
-Deliverables (Typical):
-5–15 scripts per day (depending on agreement)
-Multiple hook variations per concept
-Platform-optimized formats
