Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate high-quality real estate leads and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads for lead generation

  • Create and test ad creatives including images, videos, and ad copies

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for better ROI

  • Manage daily social media posting and updates

  • Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead-driven campaigns

  • Track and analyze campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads

  • Understanding of lead generation funnels and analytics

  • Creative mindset for ad copies and visuals

  • Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge (preferred)

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
