Role Overview

NPCS is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Intern to support and strengthen its digital presence. The intern will be responsible for content creation, social media management, performance tracking, and promotional activities aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance NPCS’s online visibility

  • Create engaging visual content, including graphics and videos, using Canva

  • Manage and update social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

  • Monitor social media performance and analyze engagement metrics

  • Optimize content and posting strategies based on performance insights

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

  • Assist in planning and promoting webinars, workshops, and other online events

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends

  • Proficiency in Canva for visual content creation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
